We haven't fallen off of the earth!

WOW, I didn't realize it had been so long since my last update-that's a tad ridiculous. We have been quite busy around our house as usual. However, the last 2 months have been exceptionally busy-Gracie has been in and out of the hospital 3 times. Bless her sweet heart-she is such a sweet, tough little angel.

Fundraising is going.....wellll.....SLOW! I am not really sure where to go from here, we just keep praying and trusting that it will happen when the time is right. We have had a couple of larger donations made into her acct at our Church-for that we are very grateful. We have no idea who makes what donations, so if it was you-THANK YOU!!!!!

I am selling the new t-shirts still & also still making the crosses. The crosses have had to be put off a little longer than normal since Gracie has been in the hospital so many times, but I am still enjoying making them. :O)

We are still planning on having a golf tournament in the early spring. I also still am going to do a bowling tournament. If you have any other great ideas, please please let me know! I am willing to try to do anything.

We are in such need of the van that we are raising $ for. Gracie gets bigger and heavier every day & I have been without a nurse so much lately that it is taking a toll on my back for sure to get her chair & equipment, etc.... out by myself. For those of you new to this blog-we are raising $ for a full size (it will have to be at least a 12 passenger van) that is either already handicap accessible or can be customized. We have to have such a large seating van, because there are so many of us (7) & generally a nurse with us-so for it to be able to be made accessible we still have to have the seat space as well!

Tax deductible donations can be made to Crosspoint Church, 8000 Liles Lane, Trussville, AL 35173, & must be designated to "Gracie Poole benevolance" 205-655-0365

Please check out Gracie's other website for her health updates-www.caringbridge.org/visit/gracieannpoole

Thanks for reading & we hope you & your family have a very blessed Christmas!!
